Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records with regard to the first respondent proceedings in vide Na.Ka.No.477/A/1/2006 dated 12.03.2010 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to confirm the one year extension tender period from 16.10.2009 to 15.10.2010. ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to quash the proceedings dated 12.03.2010 issued by the first respondent, directing the petitioner to close the canteen and surrender the possession of the same and consequently, direct the respondents to extend the tender period for one year i.e., from 16.10.2009 to 15.10.2010.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the tender period itself is over and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, M.P.Nos.1 and 2 of 2010 are also dismissed and MP.No.3 of 2010 is closed.
