Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to rectify the errors in the Registration of Birth of the Petitioner as requested by the Second respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.172/2022 dated 15.03.2022 and further direct the respondents to issue Birth Certificate to the petitioner within a time limit.

O R D E R

The prayer of the petitioner is for a mandamus directing the 1st respondent/the Tahsildar, Natrampalli Taluk, Natrampalli, Thirupathur District to rectify the errors in the Registration of birth of the Petitioner as requested by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.172/2022 dated 15.03.2022.

2. Mr.Jayaprakash, learned Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents has no objection to a direction from this Court to R1 as sought for by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Mandamus, as sought for, is thus issued to R1 to consider the application of the petitioner dated 14.03.2022 that encloses a copy of proceedings dated 15.03.2022 and bearing in mind the same in accordance with law, and complete the said exercise within a period of four weeks from today, after hearing the petitioner.
