ORDER
Though the petition has been filed by the husband seeking to transfer H.M.O.P.No.47 of 2019 from the file of the Family Court, Thiruvallur to the file of the IV Additional Family Court, Chennai, where his petition in H.M.O.P.No.4705 of 2019 is pending, however, the learned counsel would submit that the petitioner husband has no objection to his petition being transferred to the file of the Family Court, Thiruvallur to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.47 of 2019 and would request that the presence of the petitioner husband may be dispensed with for all non effective hearing except for adducing evidence and for attending counselling.
2. Considering the limited request, the above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of transferring H.M.O.P.No.4705 of 2019 filed by the husband on the file of the IV Additional Family Court, Chennai to the file of the Family Court, Thiruvallur to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.47 of 2019. No costs.

3. The Family Court, Tiruvallur shall not insist upon the presence of the husband for all non effective hearing except for adducing evidence and for attending counselling sessions.
