Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) Modify the condition granted in Crl.OP.No.6833 of 2022 order dated 04.04.2022 before the concerned District Collector`s Fund as non-refundable deposit and to pass such further order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. [CRL.M.P.No.6117/2022] (ii) Extend the time granted in Crl.OP.No.6833 of 2022 order date 4.4.2022, and to pass such further order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. [CRL.M.P.No.6121/2022] Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.

Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to modify the condition and extend the time for furnishing the sureties imposed in Crl.O.P.No.6883 of 2022 dated 04.04.2022.

2. Petition seeking modification of condition regarding deposit of Rs.40,000/- in the District Collector's fund does not deserve any consideration. Hence the petition for modification is dismissed.

3. As far as the extension of time, time for compliance of condition is extended upto 16.05.2022. No further extension will be granted.
