On the previous occasion i.e., on 19.09.2024, the learned counsel for the petitioner had mentioned that the petitioner has withdrawn the vakalat.

2. Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent on the other hand would submit that the Writ Petition has become infructuous as the entire demand of Rs.7,30,660/- has been paid by the petitioner and the substantial relief has been also granted to the petitioner by the respondent.
