Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to direct the 4th respondent Manipal University to unlock his BDS seat and permit the petitioner to resign the BDS seat and return the original certificates after forfeiting the 1st year fee so that the petitioner can submit the original

certificates to the 2nd respondent and secure his MBBS seat in Stanley Medical College, Chennai and consequently forbear the 2nd respondent from cancelling the MBBS seat allotted to the petitioner having Ref.A.R.No.3482 in Stanley Medical College, Chennai in the counselling held on 25.08.2017 until the petitioner is able to secure the original certificates from Manipal University.
