ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 16.11.2021 in consonance with the explanation submitted by the petitioner on 16.04.2022, wherein the petitioner has sought for issuance of passport. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. However, learned Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the passport has already been issued to the petitioner.

4.This Court feels that since the prayer sought for in this writ petition has been achieved by the petitioner, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, recording the submissions made by the learned Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
