This criminal original petition is filed to direct the 3rd respondent to register the FIR based on the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Thiruvallur in Crl.M.P. No. 6546 of 2025 dated 17.02.2026. When the matter is taken up, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that on the complaint of the petitioner, FIR in Crime No. 4 of 2026 has been registered on 17.03.2026 for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 465, 468 & 471 IPC and the case is under investigation.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal original petition is closed. 23.03.2026 nv 2\4
