O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents police to release the petitioner's bulls based on the representation dated 20.03.2019.

2. The Bullock cart belonging to the petitioner was seized by the respondents police in Crime No. 57 of 2019 under Section 430 and 379 r/w. 21(1) of Mines and Minerals Act. The petitioner has given a representation to the second respondent on 20.03.2019 seeking for return of bulls. Since, no action has been taken by the respondent police to return the bulls,the petitioner filed the present petition with the aforesaid prayer. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to release the petitioner's bulls based on his representation dated 20.03.2019, forthwith.
