2. Heard Mr.R.Gururaj, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.T.M.Pappaiah, Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.K.Sathish Kumar, Learned Counsel for the respondent No.4.

3. Mr.T.M.Pappaiah, Learned Counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that though the 2nd respondent had completed the enquiry, it is found that the 1st respondent is the competent authority having jurisdiction in the matter hence 1st respondent has to conduct fresh enquiry. He would further submit that the 1st respondent would conduct enquiry and pass final orders, within a period of four months. He would also submit that the authority will not register any society in the same name, till such time the enquiry is completed. In view of the statement made by the Special Government Pleader, upon instructions, the Writ Petition is disposed of with following directions. The 1st respondent is directed to conduct enquiry with reference to the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3208/Aa3/2018, dated 28.11.

2018 and pass final orders thereon, within a period of four months from today. Till such time, neither the 1st respondent nor the 2nd respondent shall register any society in the name of Annamalai Palkalaikkaghaga Oozhiyargal Sangam or any other similar name. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
