ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner in Crime No.716 of 2018 pending on the file of the 3rd respondent police based on the complaint given by the 4th respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that the petitioner is arrayed as an accused in Crime.No.716 of 2018 for the offences under Section 279 and 337 of IPC.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands Dismissed.
