O R D E R

The present Civil Revision Petition is filed to issue direction for early disposal of the case in FCOP No. 243 of 2017 on the file of the II Additional Family Court, Chennai.

2. The petitioner has filed the main petition in FCOP No.243 of 2017 before the II Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai for dissolution of marriage, with the respondent. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent is dragging on the proceedings unnecessarily, with a malafide intention to harass the petitioner. Hence, the present revision petition is filed before this Court, seeking the aforesaid prayer.

3. Considering the above submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the II Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of F.C.O.P No.243 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, with the above directions. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
