2. It is stated that, in O.S. No. 67 of 2011, I.A. No. 1 of 2019 had been filed by the plaintiffs under Order VIII Rule 9, r/w 151 CPC seeking permission to file a Re-joinder. The said application is pending. The suit is posted for PW2 cross.

3. In view of these facts, taking into consideration the filing of Interlocutory Application, a direction is given to the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu to dispose of O.S. No. 67 of 2011 on or before 31.12.2021.
