Respondents PRAYER in W.P.No.8366 of 2020: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus praying to call for the records and to quash (a). the proceedings in vide memo No.CE/C/TR/SF/CII/TR/EEC/A3/F.Profile/D.862/18, dated 26.10.2018 on the file of the 3rd respondent granting approval of erection of Over Head 110 KV DC line on DC Towers with Panther conductor for making LILO of the HosurZuzuvadi-Bagalur 110 KV feeder at proposed Sevanganapalli 110KV SS being violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India & in breach of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Hon'ble Court Maduria Bench. (b).

Consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 to approve & erect underground DC Lines with panther conductor for making LILO of the Hosur-ZuzuvadiBagalur 110 KV feeder at proposed Sevanganapalli 110KV SS. W.M.P.No.10049 of 2020: Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to permit the petitioners to file a single Writ Petition jointly under Rule 2-B Appendix V of the Appellate Side Rules framed to regulate the proceedings under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

2. Mr.Vijayhemanth, Learned Counsel, takes notice for the respondents.

3. To permit the petitioners to file a single Writ Petition jointly under Rule 2-B Appendix-V of the Appellate Side Rules framed to regulate the proceedings under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is ordered.

4. The Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that in a matter relating to the same project, this Court has granted interim stay in W.P.No.35908 of 2019. He has also produced the copy of the order. In view of 3/5

same, there will an order of interim stay as prayed for. Post the case on 02.07.2020.
