ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.08.2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341,384,307,336,427 and 506 (ii) of I.P.C altered to 341,393,394,397, 506(ii) r/w 34 of I.P.C and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.802 of 2009, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was implicated for the above offence and a case has been registered against the petitioner. The case is of the year 2013 and NBW was issued against the petitioner in the year 2016 and it was executed in the year 2020 and the petitioner was absconding for four years.

3. The counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner had not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the bail application by stating that after much efforts the police secured the petitioner and he is having 5 previous cases of robbery and if the petitioner released on bail he will abscond. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the facts of the case and submissions so made by the learned additional Additional public prosecutor and the fact that the petitioner is having 5 previous cases pending against him, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
