This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to Mr.Mani, Sub-Inspector of Police, holding office at 3rd respondent Police station not to harass the petitioner by appreciating facts and circumstances of the case. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent would submit on the complaint given by one Jaishankar, enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.34 of 2022 and the same is pending. He would further submit that the respondent police is not harassing the petitioner.

3.It is made clear that now the complaint has been closed and the respondent police shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass her.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
