O R D E R

Seeking to quash the order passed by the respondent in M3/3230/2015 dated 25.05.2015, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition.

2.Mr.S.Muthuraj, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondent.

3.The allegations made in the impugned suspension order is that the petitioner had committed various irregularities. The learned counsel for the petitioner has strenuously contended that the petitioner is not at all responsible for those irregularities and it is different officials who are responsible for the same. 4.I am not going to quash the impugned suspension order, as it is not the case of the petitioner that the authority who passed the impugned order has no power to pass such order. 5.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the writ petition would be disposed of by directing the respondent to complete the disciplinary proceedings arising out of the suspension order within a time frame.

6.In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to complete the disciplinary proceedings pending against the petitioner and pass final orders on the same, within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
