ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.11 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent on instructions submitted that investigation in the above crime number has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.1584 of 2023.

3. Since the charge sheet has already been filed, quashing of the First Information Report does not arise.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
