PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's Explanation dated 03.06.2020 and Drop the impugned charge memo N.KA.No.317/P1/CV/2020-I dated 27.05.2020 issued by the 3rd respondent to the petitioner.

2. Challenge in this Writ Petition is that the show cause notice issued by the respondents seeking explanation from the petitioner for certain shortage noticed in the stock in the TASMAC shop where the petitioner is working.

3. The petitioner has rushed to this Court with a novel prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to drop further enquiry. I don't think such a Writ Petition could be entertained by this Court. The Petitioner will be at liberty to raise all defenses open to him in the proposed enquiry. Hence, I don't find any merit in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
