This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condtion " the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.5691 of 2020 on 19.03.2020. For Petitioner : M/s.T.M.Naidu and Co.

ORDER
(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.O.P.No.5691 of 2020 on 19.03.2020 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and r.30 p.m., until further orders.
2. The counsel for the petitioner would submit that, as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.5691 of 2020 on 19.03.2020, the petitioner had appeared before the respondent police for one week and thereafter, due to lockdown, he was unable to report before the respondent police and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner had complied the condition only for 8 days and thereafter, he had not complied.
4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5691 of 2020 on 19.03.2020 is modified to the effect that the pettiioner shall appear before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent police, after lifting of lockdown, at 10.30 a.m. for a period of one week and thereafter, as and when required.
5. With the above directions, this criminal original petition is ordered.
