A.No.2619 of 2022 in C.S.No.350 of 2021 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This Application has been filed by the applicants/defendants 1 to 6 & 8 seeking to set aside the ex parte order dated 21.03.2022 passed in CS.No.350 of 2021.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the applicants/defendants 1 to 6 & 8 would submit that the written statement has already been filed before this Court and the same was returned to rectify certain defects. He would further submit that the delay caused in sending the draft written statement and xobtaining consent from various other defendants. Therefore, the learned counsel seeks to set aside the ex-parte order. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent/plaintiff submitted that the 1st respondent/plaintiff has no objection in allowing the present application.

KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., rst 4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the applicants and the 1st respondent and in view of the fact that already the applicants had filed the Written Statement and the same was returned to rectify certain defects and in the interest of the justice, this Court feels it appropriate to set aside the ex-parte order. 5.Accordingly, the application is allowed and the ex-parte order dated 21.03.2022 is set aside.
