O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed stating that the order of this Court dated 13.06.2014 passed W.P.Nos.13481 of 2014 has not been complied with.

2. This Court, in W.P.No.13481 of 2014, has directed the respondent herein to consider the proposal submitted by the third respondent on 29.04.2010, recommending the case of the petitioner for compassionate appointment,subject to availability of vacancy as and when arises and subject to the seniority of the petitioner as per the seniority list maintained by the District Collector for compassionate

appointment. Now, the petitioner has filed this contempt petition stating that the order of this Court has not been complied with.

3. This Court is not satisfied with the reasons stated in this petition for the reason that no prima facie case has been made out by the petitioner to state that the respondent has committed the contempt of the order of this Court and even no materials have been placed before this Court to indicating that any person junior to that of the petitioner was given compassionate appointment.

4. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain this contempt petition. Hence, this contempt petition stands closed. The petitioner is at liberty to file fresh contempt petition annexing the materials to indicate the fact that prima facie the contempt has been committed by the respondent.
