ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.O.P.No.6678 of 2020 on 20.03.2020 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. , until further orders.

2. The counsel for the petitioner would submit that, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.6678 of 2020 on 20.03.2020, is complied with regularly by the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly.

4. Inview of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6678 of 2020 on 20.03.2020 is relaxed in toto. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required.
