A.Nos.1916 & 1917 of 2022 in C.S.No.319 of 2021 A.Nos.1916 & 1917 of 2022 in C.S.No.319 of 2021 P.VELMURUGAN, J.
These applications have been filed by the first and second defendants respectively seeking to set aside the ex-parte order passed by this Court on 07.04.2022.
Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials. Even though, the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications to set aside the ex-parte order, are not satisfied, in order to give an opportunity to the applicants/defendants 1 & 2 to defend the suit, this Court is inclined to allow these applications.
Accordingly, these applications are allowed and the exparte order passed by this Court on 07.04.2022 is hereby set aside. 29.04.2022 cgi https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
