O R D E R

The revision petitioner has sought to dispose of the I.A.No.3079 of 2014 in O.S.No.2116 of 2014 on the file of the Ist Additional District Munsif Court, Coimbatore, filed under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 CPC, praying for temporary injunction, while the main prayer in the suit is for permanent injunction.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the application in I.A.No.3079 of 2014 is still pending, without being disposed of.

3. Since the interim application in I.A.No.3079 of 2014 in O.S.No.2116 of 2014 is pending for more than a year, a direction is issued to the Trial Court to dispose of the interim application within https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
