This petition has been filed to amend Paragraph No.3 in Crl.OP.No.7756 of 2020 as "The petitioner states that the case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant one S.Subramanian was running the company named Sri Kailash controls and from that company M/s. Sri Ero Control was purchasing some accessories and in that transaction some fraud took place and regarding that a complaint was given on 26.09.2019 to register the F.I.R under Sections 463, 464, 468 of IPC" instead of "The petitioner states that the case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant one S.Subramanian was running the company named Sri Kailash controls and from that company M/s. Sri Ero Control was purchasing some accessories and in that transaction some fraud took place and regarding that a complaint was given on 26.09.2019 to register the F.I.R under Sections 408, 420, 468 of IPC" http://www.judis.nic.in
