Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the respondent 3, pertaining to the Case No.M.8/25/2014-B3 dated 04.07.2014 pending with the respondent 3 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1, 2 and 3 to close the case.

ORDER

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner herein had expired, pending the writ petition.

2. The grievance of the petitioner was the inaction on the part of the third respondent to take action against the fifth respondent herein.

3. Since the petitioner is no more, the prayer itself has become infructuous and hence, no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
