Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.07.2017 to issue patta or name transfer in favour of the petitioner pertaining to the property situated at Okiam Thoraaipakkam Village, Sholinganallur Talu, Kancheepuram District comprised in Survey No.406/2A3, sub-division No.376, Patta No.7608 measuring an extent of 2400 sq.ft. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 26.07.2017 for issuance of patta, the respondent has not passed any order so far.

4.Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.07.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks. 5.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.07.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
