ORDER

It is submitted by learned Additional Advocate General Mr.A.Kumar that common order dated 22.02.2017 made in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ W.P.Nos.9254 to 9257, 10677, 10832, 11412 and 11413 of 2012

has since been complied (to be noted, counsel for contempt petitioner admits the factual position that order has since been complied) and expresses regret for not adhering to the time frame. This is articulated in Paragraph 5 of the affidavit dated 10.04.2019, which reads as follows: '5.I humbly submit that due to administrative reasons and due to election duty, we could not comply with the orders in time. The non-compliance of the order of this Hon'ble Court is neither wilful nor wanton. I tender my unconditional apology for the delay in complying the order and further I assure that the order will be complied within two weeks.'

2. Apology tendered is accepted and this Contempt petition is closed recording the undisputed factual position that order has since been complied.
