When this petition was taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that, this petition was filed by the Petitioner seeking permission of this Court for substituted service to the first Respondent by issuing paper publication in 'Thina Boomi'. 2.

This Court directs the petitioner to take fresh notice by way of Private Notice to the first Respondent as well as to the learned Counsel, who appeared for the first Respondent before the Trial Court and also to take paper publication in any one of the Tamil newspapers like Thina Thanthi, Thina Malar, Thinakaran and Tamil Hindu having wide circulation in the place of residence of the first Respondent, who is residing at Vepampattichathiram, Vepampattu post, Thiruvallur Taluk, Tiruvallur District and not specifically Thina Boomi, as pleaded by the Petitioner. 3.

With the above direction, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
