This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4279 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.25944 of 2024, dated 10.03.2025, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Thursday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4279 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.25944 of 2024, dated 10.03.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
