ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 353 & 506 (i) of IPC and Sections 6(b) & 24(1) of Cigarette and Other Tobacco Products Acts 2003 , in Crime No.120 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner herein apprehends arrest in a case registered by the police on 09.04.2022, wherein, the petitioner's premises was raided on specific information. Tobacco materials, Gutka and utensils were seized. The involvement of this petitioner has been spoken by the staffs, who were managing the Gutka Bar.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) states that the Gutka Bar is near to the school and young school students are enticed by this petitioner, who has already been come under the scanner of the police and the petitioner is having three previous cases of similar nature.
