This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to re-fix the petitioner's seniority based on G.O.(Ms).No. 93, Home (Police-3) Department dated 06.02.2015 by considering his representation dated 02.03.2015 within a reasonable time. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, the prayer sought by the petitioner in this writ petition has become infructuous and endorsed so in the docket of the bundle.
