This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable court in Crl.OP.No.2926 of 2025 in order dated 06.02.2025 in crime no.13 of 2025 against the petitioner to report before respondent police everyday at 10.30 am, until further orders.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.2926 of 2025 in order dated 06.02.2025 in crime no.13 of 2025 against the petitioner to report before respondent police everyday at 10.30 am, until further orders, is relaxed.
