Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certioararified Mandamus to call for the records of the Impugned Order in Na.Ka.No.2915/2018/C1 dated 13.02.2019 of the 1st respondent pertaining to the petitioner herein and quash the same and consequently directing the 1st respondent to consider these petitioner's objections as per Provisions of Sections 68 of the Indian Electricity Act, 2003 r/w Works of Licensees Rules, 2006, after furnishing the petitioner with the Route Approval, Check Survey, Re-Check Survey List, Angle Deviation, GPS Co-Ordinates, Distances between the Towers, No. of Towers, Nature of Towers, Route Map of the Project with respect to the District of Tiruppur Project Report, with respect to the Implementation of the "Anikkadavu to Thappakundu 400 KV Line" in the Lands of the petitioner and also giving this petitioner reasonable opportunity within a time frame fixed.

O R D E R

The subject matter of the writ petition is in respect of erecting the High tension towers by TANTRANSCO.

2. The Division Bench of this Court has already dismissed similar writ petitions challenging the said project in Writ Appeal No.2032 of 2019 etc., vide order dated 16.07.2019.

3. Hence nothing survives in this Writ Petition and the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
