Heard Mr.V.Balasubramanian, learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and Mr.D.Shivakumar, learned counsel for the respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in condoning the delay and allowing this petition.

3.This Court finds sufficient cause having been shown in support of the petition for condonation of delay of 860 days in filing the petition to set aside the Judgemeny passed in the Second Appeal. The delay is, accordingly, condoned and this petition is allowed.
