2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. This petition is filed for taking substituted service on the 2nd respondent and the same is ordered. The petitioner is permitted to take substituted service by publication in one issue of ''Malai Murasu'' having circulation in Chennai City, for the hearing date on 17.06.2022.

The publication shall be effected ten days prior to the date of hearing.

4. Post the case on 17.06.2022.
