CMP.No.7759 of 2023 in C.M.A.No.734 of 2023 N.MALA, J., The petition is filed to permit the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs) without accrued interest and costs, by deleting the words, "with accrued interest and costs" from the order in CMP.No.6446 of 2023 in C.M.A.No.734 of 2023 dated 24.03.2023.

2.Mr.Ma.P.Thangavel, learned counsel appears for the respondent nos.1 to 4.

3.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
