(WMP.No.10409 of 2022) Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.JAGANNATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.R.P.MURUGAN RAJA, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The present petition has been filed seeking modification of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.2471 of 2022 dated 10.02.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
