ORDER
Mr.R.Rajeswaran learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider his representation dated 25.07.2017 seeking demarcation of the properties situated at Oragadam Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Kancheepuram District comprised in Survey No.405/36 measuring an extent of 6 cents and in Survey No.405/22 measuring an extent of 4 cents and issue patta for the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2017 for surveying and demarcating the properties, the respondent has not completed the exercise so far. Further, the learned counsel submitted that the petitioner is willing to pay the necessary charges for surveying and demarcating the properties.
4. Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2017 and complete the exercise of surveying and demarcating the properties, within a period of eight weeks.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, on payment of necessary charges by the petitioner, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2017 for surveying and demarcating the petitioner's land referred to above, after giving notice to all the interested parties and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
