This petition has been filed praying to direct the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Port Novo [Parankipettai] to expedite the trial in CC.No.137 of 2013. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials placed on record.

gya 3.It is seen that the accused are facing prosecution in CC.No.137 of 2013 before the Judicial Magistrate, Port Novo, Parankipettai, Cuddalore District for the offences under Section 506[i] and 498[A] IPC. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the prosecution is not producing the witnesses at all and they are delaying the trial. The adjudication of the trial Court shows that PW1 to PW3 were examined and the other witnesses have not been examined.

Court to complete the trial in CC.No.137 of 2013 within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, provided there is no anyother legal impediment.
