ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner in connection with the complaint dated 22.03.2021 pending enquiry on the file of the 2nd respondent police.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.
3.Taking into consideration the fact that the nature of the dispute involved in this case is a money dispute, it is for the parties to redress the same before the appropriate Civil Court and the police will have no role to play in a case of this nature.
4.This Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the money dispute and it is open for the parties to agitate their rights before the competent civil court.
5.With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
