2.Admittedly, the applicant is the life interest holder over the property.

The other side also has no objection in allowing this application. Such view of the matter, the application is ordered, accordingly.

3. Registry is directed to refund the amount deposited by the tenants to the applicant. It is made clear that the plaintiff shall refund the advance amount to the concerned tenants.
