C.M.P.No.11314 of 2021 in W.A.Sr.No.43032 of 2021 M.M.SUNDRESH, J., and S.KANNAMMAL, J., [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in the review order which affects the civil right of the petitioner, he has not been heard.

Considering the same, we are inclined to grant leave. Accordingly, leave is granted.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that against the very same issue, appeal is pending in W.A.No.1179 of 2021 and the same may be tagged along with this appeal.

In view of the above submission, Registry is directed to number the appeal and list the same for admission on 31.08.2021 along with W.A.No.1179 of 2021.
