Since the order of this Court dated 24.01.2022 passed in W.P.no.18122 of 2020 has not been complied with by the respondents, the present contempt petition has filed before this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that as against the order passed by this Court, the respondents have preferred a writ appeal before this Court and the Hon'ble First Bench of this Court has granted Status Quo on 01.02.2023.
