This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to furnish the Online Website I.D. Number for all the works to the petitioner immediately to participate in the tenders, viz., E-Tenders Limited Tender (single cover system) Notice (16&17) in Z.O.XI.C.No. E1/0030/32/2017 and Z.O.IX.C.No.E1/0030/36/2017 Online dated 23.08.2017 and 24.08.2017 respectively on the file of the first respondent.

2.The petitioner seeks for furnishing the Online Website I.D. number to enable the petitioner to participate in the ETender. This Court is prima facie is satisfied that nonfurnishing of Online Website I.D. to the petitioner is not justified.

3.Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the respondents would furnish the Online Website I.D. number to the petitioner today (29.08.2017) itself. The officer of the Corporation of Chennai, Mr.S.Ganesh, Assistant Executive Engineer, Zone-9 is present in the Court and he stated that by today evening, the petitioner will be given the Online Website I.D.to enable him to participate in the tender to be held on 30.08.2017. 4.The undertaking given by the said officer is placed on record and the respondents are directed to furnish the Online Website I.D.to the petitioner by today (29.08.2017) itself. 5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
