O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the respondents to measure and fix boundary stones to the petitioner's land comprised in Survey Nos.183/5A & D situated at Manmalai Village, Gangavalli Taluk, Salem District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2020.

2. According to the petitioner is that, he is the owner of property in Survey No.183/5A & D situated at Manmalai Village, Gangavalli Taluk, Salem District. Subsequently, the petitioner has made application to the respondents 1 and 2 seeking to measure the property, for which, he has paid necessary fees as early as on 07.12.2020. But, so far, his application was not considered and no order has been passed on it. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the limited prayer sought in the Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the 1st respondent Tahsildar is directed to consider the petitioner's application and pass suitable orders on merits in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner as well as other interested parties within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
