This criminal original petition is filed to direct the respondents to take follow-up action in Crime No.875 of 2010 dated 30.06.2010 on the file of the second respondent and file a status report before this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the very same petitioner has filed a petition in Criminal Original Petition No.13441 of 2010 and by an order dated 23.06.2010, this Court has already directed the petitioner to approach the Deputy Commissioner of Police, CCB, Chennai and to deal with the matter in accordance with law. It is further submitted that, after enquiry, the said criminal original petition has been closed. As such, no further order is required https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to be passed in the present petition, since the prayer in this original petition is only to file a status report. 3.In view of the above, this criminal original petition stands closed.
