This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 7(b), imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4398 of 2025 dated 19.02.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4398 of 2025 dated 19.02.2025 is relaxed.
