CR NO.1117/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to Relaxed the condition the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in two months starting from January 2021, until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.8209 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10332 of 2020 order dated 18/12/2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.STALIN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This application is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.8209 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10332 of 2020.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are totally relaxed.
